Do you provide a version of your Real Estate Shows without my Photo and Logo for submission to MLS?
Yes. When you create your Real Estate Show, a confirmation email is instantly sent. This email contains various links for you to use, depending on where on how you want to use them. We have two different MLS compliant links. Here is an example of the basic link:

I'm A Showcase Listing Enhancements Customer of REALTOR.COM, why am I being asked to pay the $25 Fee?
There is a simple, but frustrating, answer to that question. The reason is that the information in the Property Details of your Show do not match EXACTLY what Realtor.com has in their system. Extra characters, # signs or the wrong city or zip are typically the reason for this. If the information does not match exactly, Realtor.com will tell us you are not a Showcase Listing Enhancement Customer. Remember, this is two computers talking to one another, they have to be perfectly aligned in order to make the right assessment. So, check the information on Realtor.com and make certain the property detail in your Real Estate Show matches EXACTLY with what is shown on the Realtor.com listing - then submit again. If they match, the system will now know you are a Showcase Listing Enhancement Customer and you will NOT be charged.
Do I need a special camera?
No. Any decent digital camera will produce photos good enough to create excellent Shows at RealEstateShows.com.
However, you may be looking for that extra edge. That edge comes from wide angle photos! A wide angle lens gives a room a much larger feeling in general and provides the perfect frame for moving in or out of a scene on RealEstateShows.com. Small rooms shot with a wide angle lens appear larger and brighter than small rooms shot without, and large rooms truly shine.

Good lighting is also very important see:

Does it matter how big my digital photos are?
Higher resolution digital cameras (3 megapixels and higher) typically have superior
picture quality in addition to higher resolution, but generally speaking, if your
camera has more than 1 megapixel of resolution, we can create a very effective Real
Estate Show™ from your photos. The minimum size suggested is 800 pixels wide by 600 pixels tall. This illustration may help you understand the minimum size suggested:

How do I link my Real Estate Shows to my MLS?
The vast majority of MLS Systems allow you to add a “virtual tour” link to your MLS listing. There is a field in the MLS form specifically for this. Log into your MLS system the way your would to create an MLS listing and copy our MLS/IDX compliant link into that field. The MLS/IDX compliant link is sent to you via email for every Show you create.

How do I link my Real Estate Shows to Realtor.com?
RealEstateShows.com is a Picture Path Partner with Realtor.com, so we provide this service for you. Posting to Realtor.com is optional. If you wish to post a Show to Realtor.com, there is a link to post on Realtor.com from every commercial you create and can be found on the “My Real Estate Shows” page. It costs $25 to post each Show to Realtor.com and get the Red Spinning House. We are charged a fee for every Show that we link to Realtor.com on your behalf, and so we must pass that cost on to you. Real Estate Shows linked to Realtor.com typically receive 3 to 4 times as many hits as those without links to Realtor.com.
How can I use RealEstateShows.com in my listing presentations?
When you make a listing presentation, here’s a 1-2- punch:
- During your initial listing presentation, take five photos, create a Real Estate Show, then email it to the seller - all in less than an hour. Show the sellers what differentiates your marketing plan by showing their home picture perfect and orchestrated with beautiful music, and motivating titles. Tell them their Show, which feels like a commercial, can be on Realtor.com and/or your site and the MLS within 48 hours.
- Get their signature on the listing agreement.
Then, you may want to revisit the home, stage it for the sellers and take other photos to improve the Show - at no additional cost to you because your annual subscription gives you unlimited Shows!
Who hosts the Shows?
We host the Show files for you and provide a link to the files. They will play as if they were on your own website. This link contains a player that will allow you to email them to prospective buyers or to people you’re trying to win a listing from, in addition to linking to your listing.
How do I get my images to you?
We use a very easy to understand online form to get your photos from your computer to us. It’s simple. Click on the “Create A Show” link in the menu bar above and “Create A New Account”. After you’ve input your personal information, you’ll be asked to “Create A Show”. Our forms will lead you through the process. At the conclusion, you will simply upload your photos.
How quickly can I receive the links to my Real Estate Shows?
Your Real Estate Shows are available for posting instantly. The moment your photos have finished uploading a linking email is sent to the Admin email you provided when registering. You Show is live at that moment. To insure that the Real Estate Show linking emails are received properly, you should make sure your spam filters are set to accept email from ‘webmaster@realestateshows.com’.
How can I use RealEstateShows.com to get more listing opportunities?
Here’s one way: First, think of the ways you might prospect in conventional neighborhoods: door-to-door campaigns; direct mail, newspaper and magazine ads, bus bench ads and billboards.
The purpose of prospecting, of course, is to get new clients. Most people dont see the Internet as fertile ground for prospecting but it is. Heres a way to use the Internet to market yourself and prospect for clients that goes beyond posting a listing presentation:
- Take photos of a neighborhood(s), or an area, or a particular school system where you can refer to yourself as an expert.
- Create a Neighborhood Show or a Show for schools or points of interest. Because they feel like commercials, youÕll be surprised by the response.
- Post it on your web site and your companys web site. You have already paid the cost of creating the Shows with your subscription; remember you get an unlimited number of Shows.
- Email the link(s) to client prospects; people on your mailing list and anyone with whom you want to maintain contact. If you want to develop or improve your activity as a relocation specialist, email the link(s) to everyone in the country who is a prospect or potential referral source.
- Use the narrative portion of your player to write your message about your expertise in the area and your commitment to the neighborhood (or whatever element you choose to highlight in your Show).
By developing that kind of presentation, you will create a presence of mind promotional campaign about yourself. It will live beyond any individual listing. You will have done the Internet equivalent of a combined direct mail, door knocking, and bus bench and billboard campaign. People you dont know, in places you never knew existed will see your name. Some of them will call you. Some of them will become prospects. And you will turn some of them into clients.
