| New Hampshire has "America's Smallest Coastline", and we just love it! You'll find a mix of rocky coastline and sandy beaches here - 18 miles of fun and great scenery. We have several state beaches along our coastline, with plenty of sandy areas for family fun. We also have a couple of state parks that have rocky coastlines, too. These are just as beautiful and have plenty to offer as well. Off the coast of New Hampshire and Maine are a cluster of islands called the Isles of Shoals. Half of these are in NH and half in Maine. If you get a chance, take a tour boat out there - it's just beautiful and it's such a peaceful trip out and back.
